Leigh Webb
Leigh has worked in various industries, including finance, sport, retail and home entertainment. He joined ISC Research in 2016, as CEO, and expanded the group's offering across numerous sectors.
Leigh co-founded NBLW Consultancy with Nick in 2025 and has specialised in advising clients in several areas with a particular focus on overseas expansion for UK Independent schools.
Leigh has three children, at various stages of their education experience, and also splits his time between the UK and Spain.
Outside NBLW, Leigh is a very keen sportsman and, whilst his days on the football and cricket pitches may be over, padel and golf have taken their place.
Nick Brummitt
Nick has worked in the education industry for more than 30 years. He founded ISC Research, the global leader in the provision of data and intelligence on International Schools, in 1994. Since then, Nick has advised numerous investors, groups and schools in their strategic objectives.
Nick has two grown-up children and splits his time between the UK and Spain.
Alongside Leigh, Nick co-founded NBLW Consultancy in 2025, recognising the need for independent and expert advice for stakeholders in every sphere of the education market.
